We are looking for a Data Scientist responsible for developing and implementing advanced analytics solutions for our clients. You will work closely with our project teams, analyze business requirements, and ensure high-quality delivery through testing and validation of machine learning models.

Responsibilities:
Developing and implementing machine learning models and collaborating with the project team
Analyzing business requirements and translating them into data-driven solutions
Ensuring model quality through testing, validation, and regular performance monitoring
Collecting, preprocessing, and analyzing large datasets for training ML models
Optimizing and updating existing models and analytical solutions
Creating technical documentation and communicating insights to stakeholders
Participating in the implementation and deployment of ML models
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in Data Science or related field
Strong proficiency in Python and its data science libraries (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn)
Experience with machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch)
Strong knowledge of statistics and machine learning algorithms
Experience in working with large datasets and SQL databases
Proficiency in data visualization tools and libraries
Experience with version control systems (Git)
Knowledge of best practices in ML model deployment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills in English
Hybrid workplace: at least 2 days of work from Warsaw Office
Nice to Have:
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Knowledge of Big Data technologies (Spark, Hadoop)
Experience with deep learning and neural networks
Knowledge of MLOps practices and tools
Experience with Natural Language Processing
Knowledge of container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
