Our company is seeking a HR Business Partner with experience working in companies providing IT services to join our team. In this position you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks related to establishing and driving HR processes and initiatives forward, while ensuring they align with a company’s business objectives.

What we expect:

  • three years of experience in the HR field and at least one on a similar position in a fast moving, technology company, with exposure to the support of technical teams,
  • master’s degree in human resources, psychology, management or a related field,
  • demonstrated ability to design and implement new HR policies, processes or systems,
  • ability to use data and metrics when making decisions and planning actions,
  • ability to work with, build relationships with and partner with management,
  • experience in building and leading a small team (1-2 people) and being a mentor for less experienced people,
  • good knowledge of English (C1),
  • knowledge of labor law,
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills,
  • ability to think independently, out of the box and proactively solve problems,
  • can-do attitude,
  • comfortable with working in a fast-moving and changeable environment.

Key responsibilities: 

  • analyzing business needs and proposing new solutions in the field of people management,
  • building and managing end-to-end HR processes related to: recruiting, onboarding, offboarding, employee experience, employee engagement and employee development,
  • acting as a partner for leaders in their day-to day challenges,
  • continuous work on organizational culture.
